Operations Manager
The Operations Manager position is critical to the daily operation of the business. The focus of the role is on driving process improvement and operational processes across the business. The role involves a balance of people leadership, internal stakeholder management, and external stakeholder engagement.
This is a permanent, hybrid role (2 days per week in the office) with flexible work opportunities for the right candidate.
Investment Manager
The Investment Manager position will be particularly focused on driving the growth of the funds under management (FUM). The role involves a balance between raising additional investment funds and investor relationship management.

Credit Portfolio Manager / Analyst
The Credit Portfolio Manager / Analyst role will involve managing the overall existing loan book and all of the underlying clients. The role will be fast paced and multi-faceted and is vital in ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

Client Liaison
The Client Liason position supports the team on engagement with clients, both investors and borrowers. The role is administrative, operational, and has a large component of direct contact with Capspace clients.
