Daniel has successfully carved out a specialty in property, fintech and emerging markets, expertly built on the foundations of corporate and SME experience, honed through many years at Macquarie Bank and Goldman Sachs in London.
He is a lateral thinker, unconfined by the box that many in the finance industry are.

Widely respected for her expertise in banking and finance law, Sarina has been recognised by her peers since 2019 as a Best Lawyer in Australia in Insolvency and Reconstruction, the results published annually in the Australian Financial Review.

With 25 years experience as a solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW, Sarina has worked extensively with large and bespoke financial institutions, together with public and private companies and individuals.

Lea-Anne Warren
Operations Manager
Diligent and focused, Lea-Anne Warren strives for excellence in all she undertakes.
Having worked across corporate and not for profit sectors, she developed a deep understanding of their differing needs.
Lea-Anne has over fifteen years of experience in the banking world as a Change Project and Communications Manager.
She assisted with call centre startups, credit card migrations, new product launches, process design, quality standards, employee engagement and customer experience.
She consulted with charitable organisations in securing the necessary funding to bring their projects to life. She now develops the tools, systems, and processes to best support the investor and borrower journey.

Sam Scardilli

Bringing over 20 years of experience in wealth management, private markets, and alternative investments, Sam is a seasoned finance advisory expert.
His career commenced at a leading Australian investment firm where he refined his skills across traditional and alternative asset management before specialising in private markets. Sam then transitioned into business development, uncovering his aptitude for constructing and overseeing advisor relationships.

Nick brings over 20 years of experience in the Australian and international financial services and investment banking sector to his Capspace role.

Simran's journey into marketing is an unconventional one. She started her career as a lawyer, working in a top-tier global law firm, government organisation, and startup, spanning the UK, US, France, and Australia.
Discovering that law didn't ignite her passion, she transitioned into marketing after pursuing further study. She has since accumulated over a decade of experience in corporate organisations and a leading education institution.
