Widely respected for her expertise in banking and finance law, Sarina has been recognised by her peers since 2019 as a Best Lawyer in Australia in Insolvency and Reconstruction, the results published annually in the Australian Financial Review. Her colleagues describe her as consultative, collaborative and solution driven. With 25 years experience as a solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW, Sarina has worked extensively with large and bespoke financial institutions, together with public and private companies and individuals. Sarina brings so much value to Capspace as the key advisor to our credit comittee.

Diligent and focused, Lea-Anne Warren strives for excellence in all she undertakes. Having worked across corporate and not for profit sectors, she developed a deep understanding of their differing needs. Fifteen years in the banking world as a Change Project and Communications Manager, she assisted with call centre startups, credit card migrations, new product launches, process design, quality standards, employee engagement and customer experience. She consulted with charitable organizations in securing the necessary funding to bring their projects to life. She now develops the tools, systems, and processes to best support the investor and borrower journey.
