Driven by discipline. Anchored in integrity. Recognised by the industry.

The Australian Wealth Management Awards are a prestigious annual program that recognises and celebrates excellence, innovation, and leadership across the Australian wealth management industry. Our nominated category, the Fund Manager – Private Credit award specifically honours those who have demonstrated exceptional performance, innovation in deal sourcing and structuring, and a strong commitment to delivering superior risk-adjusted returns for investors.

For Capspace, being nominated for this award is a significant milestone and a mark of trust for our investors. It affirms our commitment to disciplined credit management, transparency, and delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes. This recognition not only validates our approach to private credit investing but also provides our clients with additional confidence that they are partnering with a fund manager acknowledged by industry leaders for excellence and innovation. We are proud to stand among Australia’s best and remain dedicated to helping our investors achieve their financial goals through robust, responsible private credit solutions.

A focus on performance through discipline and structure.

In the last 12 months the Capspace Private Debt Fund has grown significantly. Since inception, the fund has delivered consistent returns, maintained a stable Net Asset Value, and honoured every redemption request within our 60-day liquidity window.

Returns are generated by providing short-term loans to established Australian businesses, secured by residential and/or commercial property. Each loan is reviewed using a structured credit process and backed by real property, general security agreements and where appropriate, directors’ personal guarantees. This multi-layered security approach, combined with short loan durations and active oversight, is what underpins our ability to deliver consistent monthly income to wholesale investors.

Innovation designed for investor outcomes.

We approach innovation with a clear purpose – to improve how we operate and how we support our clients. In 2024–2025, we continued investing in technology to reduce friction, improve transparency and streamline engagement. This has included automation across onboarding and reporting, and better internal systems that allow us to act efficiently without compromising the relationship-led approach we value.

Beyond operations, innovation also shapes how we manage the loan book. Our short loan terms give us flexibility to adjust quickly if market conditions change. This agility is built into our model and allows us to manage exposure and pricing with regularity. For investors, it means we’re not locked into long-term decisions that may no longer reflect the current environment.

Relationships and transparency by design.

We’ve built the fund to be transparent by design. Investors receive monthly performance updates, along with a detailed Property Portfolio Report every six months, prepared by independent third-party Performance Property Advisory. The fund is also externally audited annually, and asset security is reviewed regularly by a third party.

Beyond the financial side, we’ve embedded a values-driven approach to giving back. Through the charity we founded, Most Important Meal, we’ve helped deliver thousands of breakfasts to school children who would otherwise go without. It’s an important part of how we aim to create value beyond returns.

Looking ahead.

As we look to the future, Capspace remains dedicated to raising the bar in private credit by combining disciplined risk management, innovative technology, and a genuine commitment to positive impact. Being named a finalist in the 2025 Australian Wealth Management Awards inspires us to continue delivering for our investors, supporting Australian businesses, and giving back to our community.

We thank our investors, partners, and team for their trust and support – and we look forward to building on this momentum, striving for excellence in everything we do.
