Junior Operations Manager

About the role
This position is a key member of our rapidly growing team.
The Junior Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the organisation. This role involves assisting in the implementation of operational policies, managing workflow, and ensuring that operational processes run smoothly and efficiently. The Junior Operations Manager will work closely with various departments to support the company's operational objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Support the Head of Operations in managing workflow and resource allocation.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations for senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and suggest solutions.
- Handle Broker/ Investor inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the training and development of staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and management of the company BCP.
- Participate in operational meetings and provide input on operational strategies.
Skills and experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations or a related role.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
